If you’re like me, then you’re always struggling to stretch the length of your blog posts to make sure they are what you think is SEO-proofed – at least 300 words long. It really gets confusing especially when you see someone like Seth Godin displeasing the SEO Gods at every turn. But then, we’re not Seth Godin and lesser mortals better attempt to play by the ‘rules’ if we want to our posts and other stuff online to be noticed. So let’s see what is the ideal length of everything online.

The bad news for me is that the ideal length of a blog post is supposed to be 1600 words. What will I write? And who will read all that? Be honest with me.  Do you like lonnnnnnnngggg blog posts?

I’ll go with ‘Every piece of content should be as long as it takes to convey the message, and no longer’. What say?
